Fitbit is not turning on, not charging, reset not working

My fitbit suddenly blacks out and I thought that the battery was just drained. I charged it but then the screen won't turn on. 0% battery is flashed on the screen, a few seconds screen goes dead again. Tried to charge again but screen only shows logo for a few seconds then screen turns dead again. Factory reset is also not working. Now the screen is completely dead.

 

I bought it from Singapore when we are travelling. We currently lives in UK right now. Please help on how we can replace this unit.

@angelbondoc ok, one more thing to try before we reach out to Customer Support, please rub the charging contacts with alcohol and try to charge from USB port of your computer for several hours. Let me know how it goes.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this issue. They can do, together with you, a battery test of your Versa and see what's wrong with it.
