Fitbit just stopped working, screen black

My Fitbit just randomly stopped working last week. It was having no issues, and then the screen just went black. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing is working. This device is less than a year old, purchased 11/22/18. I have read some of the other posts on this forum in an attempt to troubleshoot as well, and there doesn’t seem to be a solution. Is it even worth following up with customer service, or should I just move on to an Apple Watch?

Mine basically has done the same thing.  I can not reset it, when I touch any button the screen phrases from black to gray. 

Mine did this like 3 days after I upgraded it.

When did your lsd start?  Was it after the Versa upgrade??  That's what I'm thinking was the issue, as I have never had anything wrong with this before.
