Fitbit keeps restarting on its own

My fitbit has been constantly restarting for the last few hours and all I can see is the fitbit logo coming up. It now seems like my left button is stuck down and it keeps vibrating whilst flashing the clock on and off and sometimes showing the menu screen for turning automatic screen wake on/off. Any advice? This is a replacement device for my old malfunctioning one and it only arrived yesterday so a bit annoying.

Hi @sophiehcb  If you can navigate to the Settings app try a factory reset (scroll down to About), but if you cant get there, or it doesnt help, then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
