Hello,

This is very emotional for me as I have tried to fix my Versa in every possible way and got rejected from the very people that creates this device.

I have a medical disorder and I need to use this device at all times, recently it broke and I have been panicking because it kept me in balance with diet and pills. I spoke to livesupport agents and was told to either send it to them or I am left with no help. They don't understand I need to have the device with me at all times, any help please??

If it's broken the only option you have is to send it back to FitBit for repair. Or take it back to where you bought it and see if it can be exchanged.

I took it back to where we bought it and they didn't want to take it because it's due 30 days. I contacted Fitbit support and they keep telling me to send it and pay for the shipping and everything or else they won't help me. People are getting replacement without even sending the device back, meanwhile I am having medical problems that could be fatal, and they don't want to acknowledge that.

I have no problems sending it once I get replacement, I can even pay for the shipping which will cost quite a lot, but they won't work with me.

They won't send a replacement until they have your defective device. If they did, everyone would be doing it!

My brother-in-law had issues with his Fitbit, he didn't send it back and got instant replacement. I am not making things up, and that's unfair treatment.
