For the past 3 days my versa isn't working. The fitbit logo is always on the screen. I can't use my versa and it drains the battery. Also the calories burned resets to 500 every night, so it's not recording the accurate amount.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa stopped working and shows only the Fitbit logo on screen. Thank you for providing the additional details. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to help you. Thank you for your time and efforts.
Regarding your concern about calories, the value that you see on your device when you wake up in the morning is your estimated calorie burn for the day so far. You still burn calories even if you have been sedentary or were sleeping. For more information, please see this help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?
