Fitbit logo flashing on Versa 2 display

After charging my Versa 2 overnight it's no longer working. The logo just slowly flashes on and off. Have tried resetting by holding down the button, nothing happens and the logo just continues to slowly flash on and off. Have also tried putting it back on charge and it continues to flash. Any ideas?

same thing is happening to me. I have charged it up and done the factory reset a few times. It still flashes. Is there a chance a ticket can be created for me? I would love to get this fixed.

Same! The logo keeps flashing, I've tried to rest by holding the button for 10-15 seconds but the logo still flashes.  I put it back on charge but its still the same. There's an update available but it won't let me update. Please help!

I also have a Versa with a flashing logo, which has not responded to trying to reset it by holding down all three buttons for 12 seconds.

Is there anything else to try?
