Had versa since pre-order 2 years ago. On my second one because first one died under warranty. This same problem with Bluetooth connectivity the versa had when it was brand new is back with the new update. Still have the same note 5 phone I've had since I first got the first Versa.
Every time I get it connected as Versa Classic, it works momentarily but loses the connection constantly. Only music control seems to be affected. Please fix this bug!

Let me also clarify the steps I'm taking...
1) unpair versa classic from my phone
2) go to music control in settings
3) click pair
4) on phone search for versa classic
5) paired
6) get annoyed when it doesn't stay paired

We have all the same problem. After Google's acquisition of Fitbit no news about any updates or fixes was released.

I have the same problem. Hasn't been able to reconnect on its own since the last firmware update.

PROBLEM SOLVED! I took advantage of a holiday sale and bought a Samsung Active 2. Thanks for making the decision easier Fitbit.

@Ccorr does it let you control music the same way (remote control for mysic playing on your phone)?

It's infinitely better than the versa at controlling the music and connecting with my phone. Notifications are instant as well which was an ongoing issue with the versa. Often with the versa, I would miss a call by the time it would let me know someone was calling or I would just not even get texts until I looked at my phone and saw the versa never even got the notification.
I have a Samsung note 5 phone so the Samsung watch definitely has an advantage.
