Fitbit no longer will display anything but numbers on screen

After the update 2 days ago, my watch will now only show numbers on the screen. It will not let me scroll through any screens at all. It vibrates when I try, but then only numbers in numerical order will display. I have tried to turn the device off, but even that won't work.

Hi @romantilly Ooh weird! Do you mean you have tried to restart the watch? If not, try it several times but please come back here if it doesnt resolve the issue.
