The Fitbit app is not accurately recording the time I go to sleep. I currently have a Versa 3, but have had the same problem with previous Fitbit models. It always shows the time I go to sleep between 1 AM - 3 AM. This is at least two hours after I have gone to bed, and I certainly would know if I have not gotten to sleep by then. It accurately shows the time I wake up. These times are consistent with the three Fitbit watch models I have worn over the last 5+ years. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @Wally-123 - it would seem something specific to you. There is an algorithm to detect sleep and your parameters may not fit within that algorithm.
Have a look at your heart rate over the period till sleep is detected. It may be it doesn't descend rapidly or low enough till 1 am.

Thanks for the idea. I think you are right. I looked at my heart rate on the Fitbit app and it did drop down to a lower level about that time.
