Hey everyone, I just got my Versa 2 today and tried syncing my watch to my Spotify premium account. I followed all of the steps on both devices, and when I clicked on the Spotify icon on my watch it said to make sure my bluetooth was on (which it is) and then to go to my fitbit app and sync again (which I did). Nothing worked. Please help.

Do you have your Spotify app running on your phone? Also what type of phone are you having this problem with?

Yes I did have it running in the background playing music. I also plugged in my earphones because I read a comment on here saying that worked, but it didn't. I have the Samsung Galaxy s7 edge.
