My Fitbit hasn't been syncing over the last 48 hours. I went onto the app to try to update the firmware but it wasn't able to find my device. I've read through other threads and I've tried turning my phone off, turning off my Bluetooth and forgetting the device, disconnecting the versa via the app and I've even tried to reset it. I've even tried deleting and downloading the app again with no avail. This is now the second time this has happened to me with my second Fitbit and it's seriously making me consider jumping to another brand

Hi,
I have an iPhone 8 plus.
I went into the tracker and shut it down and now it is syncing 🎉 was hesitant to do that as I did that with my last one and it never turned back on.
It had also stopped vibrating when I was receiving phone calls, so that's back to working but still no vibrations for text message alerts.

Lol glad you are making progress! As you have an iPhone the problem is possibly what THIS thread is about. See KateFitbit's first post and follow the directions and hopefully that will fix it.
