Hi, my Fitbit stopped counting steps last night and now stuck at 0 this morning. When I’ve been trying with settings it advises that the Fitbit is in an unstable state.
I’ve tried holding the side button for 10 secs and resetting, more than 3 times and tried changing clock faces.
anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Hi @Kimwol - if you have done a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu at the bottom, waited at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it and that didn't fix it using a standard Fitbit clock face
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a deeper repair.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
