Fitbit not getting phone, text, email notifications

My Fitbit versa counts steps, heartrate, etc but it isnt picking up phone, text, email notifications, have tried turning it on & off, check to make sure notifications are on and it still isnt working, paid for extra year of warranty so what do I need to do

Hi @Kimmy0430 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Have you tried all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on notifications problems?
