Fitbit not lighting up at back of watch

Cannot get my Fitbit to light up at back to track my steps

Do you mean the flickering lights onnthe back of the Versa? They are the heart rate sensor. Check that yiu have Heart Rate turned on in the Settings app on the watch. If it is set to on but still no green lights then try restarting your Versa several times. Let us know how you go

Tried all that still no lights on back put it back to factory settings
still no joy
