My fit bit versa does not ring when my phone rings nor do I receive text messages.

Your flex 2 should vibrate and flash lights when it receives a message. Is yours not doing this?

I followed every step,  and it's still not vibrating on my Versa Fitbit. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
