Fitbit not showing that I exercised

Hello. My Fitbit never says that I have done my workout. I sync it to the app and says it on the app and it never shows on the Fitbit itself. Is there a solution to this? I have restarted it and deleted the app and nothing works? What else should I do?

Let me help you with your exercise recording. What type of exercises do you do and for how long? Could you share a screenshot of your app showing them? How do you record them? Where do you see these exercises missing from your device. The more information I have the better I will be able to help you.

Hello, yeah I usually press workout on the Fitbit and it tracks until I
finish it and I sync it to the Fitbit app and says on there but not on the
Fitbit.
