I have been using runkeeper for many years prior to getting a versa lite and want to continue using it. Until the last month there were no problems with activities being uploaded. I have tried disconnecting/revoking access and starting again but nothing works

Sorry you are having this problems, @SunsetRunner . It sounds like either RunKeeper or Fitbit had an upgrade. Since RunKeeper is a third party app, it would be best for you to contact their Customer Service. You can also google “RunKeeper, Fitbit”. I found a lot of suggestions there.
