Fitbit option to sync with new Oneplus Nord phone

Hi Fitbit,

I was waiting anxiously to see if the oneplus 8 would sync with fitbit versa 2, but now I am going to buy the Oneplus nord instead, this phone will operate on Android 10.0 or higher. Do you expect that there will be issues in the syncing between OnePlus Nord and the Fitbit versa 2? I have read you have these issues with Xiaomi and Huawei, but w/my oneplus 6 no issues... threfore just checking as I hope they can all work together...

Syncing issues ....good luck with that.  Nothing but problems since last week.  Fitbit seems to be refusing that this is on there end has done nothing to resolve this syncing issue ever since the most recent software update almost 2 weeks ago!!! .

Hi @Desiree_dutchie it's hard to say for a phone just launched. I use a OnePlus 7 Pro (Android 10) myself and sync works fine. The phone is even on the compatibly list. The OnePlus Nord looks like a great phone btw 👍

I uninstalled Fitbit app in my old phone and installed again in my phone.
Issue seems resolved.
