Fitbit pay error when trying to add a debit/cc card-Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I get this error when trying to add my Wells Fargo debit card and captial one cc card. Not sure what's wrong. Does anyone have a solution? Are you guys having any trouble? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Update - I ended up doing a factory reset, which fixed the problem. So if anyone comes across this, factory reset the thing .

Also, just a heads up that using Fitpit pay with the wells fargo card will work at stores but it doesn't work at the ATM or the branch yet.

I’ve got the same issue, so that’s great advice.

Just one question - how do you do a factory reset??

Thanks,

Bev

It should be under the settings and on your watch (assuming it is the same as on the ionic)

@Js0uth welcome back, @Cantryboy and @LovesterUK thanks for stopping by.

If you keep receiving this error, I recommend double checking that you are providing your correct information for the card, like billing address for example. Now about the factory reset, you can see the attached image to perform this.

If you receive any other type of error, feel free to attach an image of it by following the instructions provided in this post.

Keep me posted. Man Happy
