The reason that I chose the special edition Versa was because of the ability to make NFC payments with it. My small rural Michigan bank (Chemical Bank) does not participate and probably won't for some time, if ever. Is there any way that you may be adding Google Pay as an app for those of us who are in this same situation?

@SciFiFiend I am not sure what you are asking regarding an app? If your bank or card is not supported then Fitbitpay wont work. It is not just down to Fitbit, the banks have to choose to come on board. Contact your bank and ask them if they will be doing it. If the bank gets enough intersst they might make it happen.

I don't believe that this issue is solved in any way. Fitbit please help us be able to use Fitbit Pay or add Google Pay as an app for the device. I specifically chose the Versa Special Edition to have the ability to make NFC payments using my watch. Not one of my bank or credit card companies is supported. Please add Desert Financial Credit Union, Desert Financial Credit Union Visa, Discover Card and Citi/Costco Visa.
I nearly returned the watch but decided to have faith that eventually Fitbit will make the program useful.
Please help us out!

Mine is a very large bank, Citi Bank. And paying with the watch was the reason why I got the special version.
I would like to know when my bank will be supported so I decide if it will make sense to keep this watch.
