Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Issamm. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that Fitbit Pay doesn't work always. Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue. I would like to confirm if you get any error message and if your card is supported. To check if your card works with Fitbit Pay, see the Supported Banks and Transit List.

You can find more information about Fitbit Pay in this help article: What should I know about Fitbit Pay?

Looking forward to your response!

Hi @Issamm, thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate the additional information and recommend confirming the following:

  • Make sure the merchant uses contactless payment methods.
  • Make sure the watch face is near the reader and that the cashier knows you’re using a contactless payment.
  • You must wear your watch on your wrist to make payments with Fitbit Pay.
  • If prompted, enter your 4-digit watch PIN code.
  • When the payment succeeds, your watch vibrates and you’ll see a confirmation on the screen.

Let me know how it goes!
