I’m trying to set up the wallet feature on my special edition Versa—the model that supports Fitbit pay and has an NFC chip. My bank (Nordea) is on the list of supporting banks in Denmark, but when I put in the info for my debit card, I get an error message that tells me to talk to my bank.
So is the list of banks that support Fitbit pay accurate or not?

Welcome to the Forums @MBrad90! Thanks for sharing your experience with the Fitbit Pay app. As you mentioned, your bank is on the List of Supported Banks.
I'd like to recommend you to contact your bank for more information about specific financial transactions or if there are any restrictions on the card.
Also make sure that you have set up your Wallet and Fitbit Pay correctly, to do so take a look at the help article What should I know about Fitbit Pay?

Hi Lucy,
I contacted my bank and chatted with support, but we still couldn’t find a solution—I keep getting the same error message. I have apple wallet and Nordea wallet set up on my phone now and the card is activated for both. As far as I can tell, i’ve followed the correct steps for setting up Fitbit wallet.
any ideas about what piece of the puzzle i’m Missing? The contactless payments feature for the special edition Versa is the main reason I bought that model...

Please make sure that you are inputting all of your card information exactly how it appears on your billing statement from Nordea. Also, let me know the following:
Finally, make sure that you have a pin lock on your phone and a Pin on Versa. For Fitbit Pay to work, the phone must use a passcode. If you are not using a passcode, please set up a passcode on your phone. For more information, see How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit watch?

Hi Lucy,
I have a pin for my phone and my versa. I’m using iPhone 7 with iOS 11.4
I enter the info on my card exactly as written
Still no luck on my end working with my bank’s support. I appreciate your help and any other ideas you have.
