@GreatArtiste Some users have said that they have gone to their bank branch, asked about Fitbit Pay, only to be met with a blank stare.
I contacted my bank (Navy Federal Credit Union) using my account message service. I name dropped some of the larger banks (Bank of America, Chase Bank, Capital One, Wells Fargo) that participate. I got an answer back politely telling me that they are not interested at this time.
The important thing is that this type of message leaves a digital trail with your bank. You can start all the Feature Requests you want. Not the answer. Write to your bank. Often. Tell your friends.

Citibank is a major US bank. I am sure Fitbit already reached out to them. If they are not on the list, it is because Citibank has not approved it yet. Nothing that Fitbit can do about that.

It would not hurt to add your vote to the feature suggestion.

@Solo12 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Adding to what @Rich_Laue and @SunsetRunner have said you can also let your bank know that you as their customer are interested in this payment option (Fitbit pay integration). This way they will know many of their customers would benefit with this.
Let me know how it goes!

Shouldn't that be YOUR job? I'm not going to buy a special edition of a charge 3, coz that's the only reason to buy it for me. Cosmetics are silly. IMO. After all this time and all I see are tiny little banks.

No, @GreatArtiste , it’s not. As @SunsetRunner said, once Fitbit reaches out to a bank, it’s up to them to follow up.That’s all Fitbit can do. But if you and other customers make your voices heard, the bank may take notice.

Fitbit should just use google pay now. I couldn't believe there was no support for citibank costco visa.

I'm not sure if it is possible to add Google Pay which like Fitbit pay is a virtual card.
As for Fitbit switching to Google pay, Does Google pay have an open API? If it does I would expect more apps to use it.
Fitbit has everything setup and it only requires Citibank to add Fitbit pay.
Fitbit does not and can not add the bank. Please don't blame Fitbit because a bank has decided not to add Fitbit pay.

once Google's purchase of fitbit is finalized we should be able to get all of Google pay banks

Possibly @SunsetRunner that is if Google allows Fitbit to use Google Pay instead of Fitbit pay.
If it stays as Fitbit pay, each bank will still have to add themselves.

Great answer, @LZeeW ! I’ll be borrowing it in the future, if that’s ok.

@SunsetRunner you may want to negotiate on royalty payments.

Well folks, the death-knell has sounded on FitBit watches and getting Citi as a payment option: https://store.google.com/US/product/google_pixel_watch

I'm not sure what the pixel watch has to do with fitbit pay.
The LTE version probably won't last 24 hours, since the non LTE is only suppose to last a little more than 24.
