My fitbit photo clockface stopped working this afternoon. I downloaded again but it won’t pull my selected picture through and I am stuck with the cat picture...

@Shazell, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I would like to follow up on the photo clock face that your Versa is experiencing issues with. I appreciate the time spent trying the workaround you mentioned above before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, set the clock face with your photo again and see if the issue gets fixed.
