I try to restart my device, it is still recording steps but the screen is black.

I have the same issue. My battery went dead last night I charged it but the screen is black. Its syncing and counting steps. My alarm went off but cant see anything. Were you able to fix yours?

No I didn’t, trying to troubleshoot right now but nothing seems to be working.
