The first screen shows the clock face plus tiny icons to show progress for steps, cals burned, battery, etc. As of 3-4 days ago all icons show 100% full/complete even when they're not. Device is still tracking steps and other activities when I scroll through the screens, and syncing shows the same data, but that first quick-glance screen with the watch face is completely inaccurate. Have tried turning off/on, re-syncing, on/off charger, and rebooted several times. Those quick glance icons are still jacked up and useless. Any ideas on a fix other than replacement?

I've also done a factory reset which didn't fix it either.

Try a new watch face.

I can't change the watch face through the fitbit app for my phone because that stopped syncing weeks ago. I just gave up and deleted the app off my phone. I sync through bluetooth with my laptop, and in the fitbit app from the windows store, clicking to go in my account (per the online instructions/manual) does NOT give me an option for Clock Faces. I also looked for an option through my online account on the fitbit website, and don't see a way to do it there either. So I can't change it unless there is another way to do it.

Hi, reboot your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left button and the right lower button untill you see the Fitbit logo and see if that solves your problem.

I have done the reboot several times and the on/off thing already. Thanks for the link on the clock faces. I'm using a standard clock face that came with the Versa, nothing third party or anything I paid to use.
