Fitbit screen is stuck on: To start download te fitbit app

After a factory reset my fitbit Versa isn't working anymore...

 

Because my fitbit wouldn't sync anymore and i couldn't see my heartrate and steps i've tried a factory reset. Now my screen is stuck on:

 

To start download the fitbitt app....(This is 3 days allready)

Does anybody know what to do?

You need to set up Versa again. Factory reset wipes all data. Did you remove Versa from your Fitbit account. If not, please do so in your Fitbit mobile app. Then, set up versa again.

You need to set up Versa again. Factory reset wipes all data. Did you remove Versa from your Fitbit account. If not, please do so in your Fitbit mobile app. Then, set up versa again.

Thank you, ik did remove fitbit from my account. But i found out i had to
remove versa as well. It's working again.

Hi! I can see it worked for most people but It does not work on my Versa. It is a brand new versa and I tryed to setup it a few times and it gets stuck on step 1 of 3 - connecting.

It goes well till this step. Connects with wifi and averythig till there. Device shows like it is all going fine and sudden goes back to !to start download fitbit app!

I already removed from application and tried through phone (IOS) and computer (Windows) neither worked.

Support helped me and it worked. In addition to the previous information in the posts, I had log out fitbit app, to unpaire versa with bluetooth, disconect bluetooth and restart the phone. Turn bluetooth back on, login again at fitbit app and restart a new device setup.

I am currently have this issue. I have tried all that was mentioned above but at step 2 it goes back to "download the app" screen.

my fitbit is stuck on download fitbit app thats all thats showing  . I uninstalled  my fitbit app and installed it back it's  still not responding

I'm having the same issue and the device doesn't show up when the app look for it. 

The device is not linked with my account anymore.
