Last night the screen on my Fitbit app on my phone went white. I have turned my phone off and on, swiped the app and created it off my screen. I need help.

Hi, @FishnGirl , if the app has somehow got corrupted the best solution is to delete it and download it again. You will not lose any data doing this, but do be sure that you know the email address and password you used when you created your account.

Maybe knowing what phone the app is on would be helpful, at least we can move the post to the correct board.
