My fitbit screen suddenly showed the emblem and went off .whn i try to sync it with my phone it is syncing as normal n shows the values on my phone.but my watch screen is not working .it went blank n black.

I have the same problem. Even when I put it on the charger I have nothing.

Same thing here. It syncs and says it’s full charged but nothing on the screen.

I had the same thing , I’ve had it only 4 months!  I sent a message for help to customer support but I’m mad.
