Did you mean:

Fitbit sensor red and has condensation inside after beach day.

So I just recently decided to wear my Fitbit Versa swimming at the beach (my hands went underwater a few times but otherwise I kept them above the water while talking to friends) and now it's not working. I put the watch in rice for 24 hours and it (condensation) went away, then I had to charge it because it went from 85% to 16% in a day (not normal) and now the condensation is back and the watch is illuminating red. This watch is "supposed" to be water resistant up to 50m.... I'm thinking that's a lie.

Anybody know what to do or who I need to contact to get my watch replaced or fixed!? I took pictures of the red light and condensation already just in case.

Thank you!
