Fitbit started with time being off, now it is stuck in a factory reset and won't do ANYTHING!

I have been dealing with my Versa being off, time-wise, for a few days now...maybe a week....I have googled what to do and have done it ALL! I unpaired from my bluetooth, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, reset the phone....now, the versa is not a visible bluetooth device.....it is not showing up on my phone or my ipad...so I have reset the phone, turned it on and off and have even gone as far as doing a factory reset on the watch, taking the device off my fitbit app and trying to reconnect as a 'new device'...well, now my versa is stuck with a big red X and 'data not cleared, sync and try again' message....BUT IT WON'T SYNC! It hasn't been syncing for days and now it's not even showing up as an available device on phone or tablet....I am just about to throw this thing away, I/m so aggravated......I've been a fit bit user since 2014.  HELP!

Mine had the wrong time also and would not sync.  I went as far as deleted my fitbit app because it would not reconnect as a new device.  My display on the screen says that I need to down load the fitbit app.  I tried doing that but the watch won't sync with the app to finish the download process.  It is so frustrating.  It worked good for the month and half that I had it.  It is a Versa Lite edition.

Mine has been doing the same thing for months, I left it lay for quite awhile and thought I'd try again,  but its junk...WILL NOT SYNC !

This is also my issue. It is frustrating the crap out of me. 

Its been 2 weeks now. I've done all the 'tips' and still nothing. Calling tomorrow to see what the hell to do

It's making me angry that so many of us are having the same issues.....wondering now if it is Fitbit's ploy to get everyone to buy the new premium service! I'm about to head to Apple watches...this is ridiculous!!

I'm reaching the same conclusion.  Except I was leaving more towards the Garmin.
