My Versa almost died due to low battery, and after charging & turning it on most of my stats are hyphens (--). Has anyone solved this issue, and if so, how? (Can post screenshot if necessary.)
Hi, sounds like you're using a Third Party Clock Face. If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa and the problem is solved.
