Fitbit stopped syncing to phone

everything was working fine, I've had it for 2 months, charged my fitbit last night and now won't sync to phone. I've turned bluetooth off, restarted both phone and versa watch, uninstalled fitbit and re installed it, i've checked on other phones, my versa isn't showing on anyones.
