My Fitbit versa 3 just stopped working and not a year old

Came here to say the same thing. Mine is less than a year old and the heart rate monitor does not work. Also, the battery drains in less than a day. I’d there a repair or replacement policy?
this is my 3rd Fitbit, so I’m s longtime customer.

Hi @Jbrode , @KateT2022 , the first thing to check is if it is charging. See instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
@KateT2022 - if you are not using GPS during exercise, it may have a fault.
Confirm by chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, that there is a fault and if so the quickest way to resolve the issue is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter under warranty.
