Fitbit symbol keeps flashing on Versa screen

I went to sleep and my watch had plenty of battery left. I woke up a few hours later and noticed that the face of my watch kept lighting up with the Fitbit symbol. I had never seen this so I pushed the long button and it showed a large 0% on the screen. I plugged it in to charge and noticed that the screen kept lighting up with the fit symbol and then going dark every 5 seconds. I left it to charge, thinking it was just really dead. When I woke up there was no change. I cleaned the charger and the watch. I switched outlets and  charging blocks. I tried to charge on my computer. I attempted to reset multiple times but it does nothing. My watch is not even 6 months old. Please help!

@Irislynn22 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's only showing the Fitbit logo on the screen. I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above.

I'd like you to try one more workaround. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. Not a third party clock face. After this, check out if your Versa gets past the Fitbit logo.

It won’t let me do anything because it won’t power on fully. I went into the app setting to change the face and it was unable to connect to watch.
