No matter how many times I tried,I could not install the tennis app on the Versa!
It downloads and then It says install all over,again!
Please help!

@Unic66 do other apps install without issues? are you getting any error messages? which versa firmware version are you running?

@Unic66 Thank you for sharing the firmware version. You're on the latest version and it is known that some 3rd party apps may be still incompatible. Some apps have been updated, others obviously not. Because it is a 3rd party app, it's not Fitbit who are responsible for the update. Please contact the developer of the Tennis app using the contact link which can be found on the Tennis app page within Fitbit mobile app.

I am having the same problem since the os3 update (today). The app was removed from my Versa, and it will not reinstall. I did send a note through the form on Fitbit Lab- did you also do that, and did you get any response yet?

FYI, the developer is the Fitbit Lab, so there are limited ways to contact them- no specific developed listed, you just fill out the generic Fitbit lab form.
