I can't change the clock face on my Fitbit versa lite, it just acts like it's loading but nothing comes up. I tried uninstalling the app and restarting everything.

Hi @Ac32,
I had the same issue with the Bitmoji clock face. Apparently you have to do a Factory Reset when your Versa acts like that and remove the clock face from the Clock Face Settings. Then try an reinstall the Clock Face.
