Fitbit versa 2 - Amazon Alexa unavailable in Malaysia

It’s disappointed that I bought this versa2 and right after installing the apps came to realise that Alexa is not supporting in my country. Amazon Alexa that featuring on Fitbit box has misleading consumers on their functions in which Fitbit didn’t mentioned only can be accessed in limited countries. 

Alexa is a great tool that could be beneficial to consumer. I hope related department in Fitbit do something about it in order to bring more convenient for us While using versa2 .

Hi @JolyneChuah , see this article regarding Alexa, Versa 2 and supported countries. fitbit is rolling Alexa slowly out so in the (near) future more countries will be supported. Regards kuzibri

Yes very dissapointed with this too. No mentioning at the box at all. But thanks for advices from this community, by changing location setting on the Fitbit app, we can use Alexa function. I'm so happy to be able to control my yeelight at home.
