Fitbit versa 2 - How to fast forward a podcast?

I have installed mp3 files directly to my Fitbit Versa 2. I have the option to go to next song, previous song, increase/decrease volume, play/pause and all that. But the only thing I cannot figure out is how do I fast forward a file?

I have JRE podcasts downloaded and they're hours long. I would like to fast forward to the spot where I left off. 

For example: a song that is 4/h duration. I would like to have the option to fast forward straight to 2:35 Minutes.

Please help! This is really frustrating!
