Fitbit versa 2 coach not working on watch

I am new to the versa so have only just set it up. I have put the coach on but it's not working on the watch. Any ideas?

What is not happening. 

Can you select the Coach app. Do you get the k let's get started with the first start-up. 

Do you see a list of activities? What happens when you tap one?

phone screen when I select

I have the same problem, I've done everything outlined in the below post in terms of updating and settings.

I have the coach app on my watch, I press on it and it shows me 3 workouts: 10-min abs, 7-min workout and treasure chest. I have a premium coach account on my phone and I'm signed up for a programme, this shows and works on my phone but it doesn't show on my watch. 

I've done all of the below:

 

Please make sure you've completed the following:

  1. Downloaded/installed Fitbit Coach and Fitbit apps
  2. Created a basic account and or subscribed to Coach Premium
  3. Completed the Fit Test
  4. Selected a program selection (Daily Dose, Get Lean, Get Moving, or Get Strong)
  5. Make sure Fitbit Coach app on Versa/Ionic is updated to the latest version
  6. Sync your watch to the Fitbit app
