Fitbit versa 2 not swiping over to additional screens

My Fitbit is not swiping over to see all the additional screens and occasionally will not turn on when I hit the button on the side. I have had this for three months and there has been no damage to it. I have tried resetting it and even factory reset it but nothing is helping! Is there any suggestions?

same here. Can’t swipe at all. Multiple restarts still same result.

 

then suddenly it will work for a brief moment then go back to being unresponsive.  Watch 2 months old

Same swipe problem.  Swipe to exercise or apps or whatever, will not swipe back to clock.  Boot, still no clock.  Returns to last app or screen.  How do I get out of an app?
