Fitbit versa 2 stuck on stairs and heart

My fitbit versa 2 is stuck on a screen that has stairs in the upper left corner, and a heart in the upper right corner. I cannot see the time, and i am no longer getting any text messages, phone calls, or any other alerts. I have turned it off, re-paired it to my cell phone, and let it charge for a few days. Can anyone help me?

Hopefully I can help. Let’s try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2. You will not lose any data doing a restart. 

To restart your Versa 2 just press down and hold the button on your Bersa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel your Versa 2 vibrate indicating your Versa 2 has completed the restart process.
