My daughter was given a versa 2 as a gift. Her grandma contacted fitbit support for help and because the account is in my daughters name they said an email would be sent to my daughter to follow up the issue. Its been months now and no email contact or assistance. The versa 2 wont charge or even turn on. All troubleshooting has been carried out but there is no response from the versa 2 at all. Where to now? I too have a versa 2 so I do know how to operate it. There is something seriously wrong.

Hi there. @VicHob. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Before considering other options, I'll like you to confirm if the you've tried the steps below:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 3 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If your Versa 3 is still not syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.
