Hi,
I have this watch for almost a year now and I keep seeing these ridiculously high amounts of calories I burn during workouts.
I'm 32 years old , working out 4-5 times a week, mainly gym anaerobic exercises. Resting HR is 54, all the BMR info I logged to the app are fine. But still, it doesn't make sense that I will burn 609 calories in an 1:15 workout at the gym lifting weights. Scrolling down the forum I saw the same problem with other people and no real solutions. This watch suppose to help with fitness goals and counting calories is one of them.. in the current situation I can't rely on the information I get from the watch....

You say the calorie burn amount is ridiculous, but you didn't say if it seems too high or too low. Take a look at heart rate graph during the workout to see it that makes sense. Calorie burn is based on heart rate.
Also your weight is a big factor which you didn't mention. You will burn more calories if you weigh 250 pounds than if you weigh 100 pounds. And check your weight is entered correctly in Fitbit.

It's too high, my average HR was 115 for this workout and I weight 167 pounds. And asi said, already checked the info I logged and it's fine.

Without knowing your weight, from https://caloriesburnedhq.com/calories-burned-weight-lifting/
a very rough estimate
Weight lifting will burn a similar number of calories to the calories burned running.
A 200lb person lifting weights for a 60 minute workout will burn around 570 calories"
or from https://coolconversion.com/calories-burned/Calorie-Calculator-%7C-_weight-lifting_
180 pound person weight lifting for 75 minutes burns 612 calories.
