I have had my versa 3 put over a 100,000 steps in a 15 minute period multiple times usually when either asleep or sitting on the couch, I have conacted support multiple times, 1st time was told to factory reset it and restart. It happened again now about 5 weeks later, was asked to test taking 100 steps, and sync before and after and asked multiple questions. I was told that they had no other answers and that it was going to be taken to another team, but have gotten no answers as to why this is happening

HI @MLL95 - some other people have reported rogue steps if you look in the forums.
Things to check next time it happens, if the steps are shown on the watch [when not synced to the App], to make sure it is not some other device, such as MobileTrack generating the steps.
You can also eliminate the steps, such as by defining a driving exercise for that time where steps don't count.
If it persists the watch may be faulty and if under warranty take it back to the shop where you got it for a new one.
