Hi all..

How to claim warranty of fitbit. I bought fitbit versa just in 2 weeks. I went swimming and the watch screen descent till blackout.

Happened to my first Versa I got a replacement and it happened again.

Same thing happened to my first one and just happened to my replacement one. They aren’t made very well

My first one did the same. You'll need to jump through Fitbit's hoops to get them to agree to replace it.. good luck 😞
