I just purchased the Fitbit versa and I liked it at first but now I’m afraid that the reviews were true and I see many issues with it. First, the step counter seems off, I noticed it doesn’t count as I walk all the time. Sometimes it will and most of the time it will almost stop counting and then add the rest of the steps once I stop moving or after I’ve walked longer, so I fear it’s not accurate at all. Second, the calorie counter has to be off. One night I just had the Fitbit on the charger the whole night and I woke up and it told me that I had 0 steps and I burned 700 calories! Like I don’t understand! It will also tell me that I’ve taken steps and burned calories even though I’m sleeping and YES I do sleep with my fan on but that’s not the point if I pay $199 for a fitness watch then I EXPECT it to work efficiently and properly! I shouldn’t have turn off my ceiling fan and burn up in the middle of the night because Fitbit wanted to rush out a half-assed product. I also used to have the charge hr 2 and I loved it. That one seems WAY more accurate than the versa and I’m almost to the point where I want to just take it back and get a new charge 2 because this is ridiculous. Sometimes for the amount of steps I take even if it’s small it will give me some huge number like if i walked 1,000 steps I would have already burned like 3,000 calories or something. I don’t understand why this is happening and I need to know if this is going on with anyone else,thank you.

Much like the post above, I'm having similar issues. I love all the features of Fitbit. The product is amazing. And I'm really enjoying it. But in all honesty I think I'm going to have to return it. It is far too inaccurate. If I drive to work with it on it claims I walked up 33 flights of stairs! How in the hell is that possible?
How am I expected to accurately keep track of things when I can't even wear it to work?
This is just my first day with it at work. I just started my day and discovered all of this happening.
I do deliveries all day. and from what it looks like my account is going through the roof. And all I'm doing is sitting in my vehicle driving!
This Fitbit Versa is worthless to me if it can't accurately tell that I'm in a car!
So, my question is. How does this get fixed? Is this an issue that you are aware of?
I would hope to hear from somebody before I decide to return it. I like the product. Correction, I like the promise that the product offers. But I don't like what I'm getting at at this time!

I have similiar issues.
I think this is **ahem** and i will return it to store if nothing happens.
