I charged my fitbit versa yesterday, it is charged and working because I can see everything on my app on my phone but I can't see anything on my fitbit display it is black

Hi @jsteele87  Try restarting your Versa several times. If this doesnt fix the display then please come back here.

I got on a live chat with Fitbit I had already done all the trouble shooting and nothing worked a new replacement is on the way
