my fitbit versa charges stairs instead of a walk with a higher heart rate. 

resetting has no effect. What else can I do to make my versa work properly again?

can you give a little more detail? Is it not counting flights of steps? Is it not counting steps? Is it showing a different activity in the app? Is it not recording your heart rate?

Thanks for responding. My fitbit versa counts steps and stairs. But as soon as I take a walk where my heart rate is a little higher, he does not count the steps but turns it into stairs. for example, I would have been up and down the stairs 20 times today, but that is not true.
