Fitbit versa completely mis sold regarding fitbit pay!!

Fitbit - I am very dissapointed that you have completely mis-sold the versa and the fitbit pay app! 

 

It seems you won't accept all the standard UK banks ie, Lloyds, Barclays, Natwest ect even though online it says the app accepts visa... 

I would never have brought this fitbit if I had of known the truth regarding the banks approved for fitbit pay..

 

When will you be updating this app and accepting traditional UK banks??? 

If not this is going straight back

Hi @njb89,

 

Sorry to hear of any confusion. Fitbit Pay is with select banks. I've never seen anything that says it works with any Visa or with all standard banks. Did you see an advertisement that indicated that?
